The Bali Blue Moon roast is grown over 1,200 feet above sea level in the mineral and nutrient-rich volcanic soil of Mount Agung in the Kintamani highlands of Bali, Indonesia. These blue-tinted beans are grown and hand-picked by smallholder farmers of the region, and the distinct notes of dark chocolate, molasses, and brown sugar are made even sweeter by the difference that each cup makes.
