Grown by 131 small farmers in 6 main coffee-growing regions of Honduras, our coffee is responsibly sourced from the country's leading cooperative, COOP CAFESCOR. The COOP has a wet mill in the community of Las Casitas as well as a dry mill in the community of Jimilile.

Coffee enthusiasts will love this light to medium-bodied roast from Central America. With varied harvests from November to February and growing altitudes from 1200 - 1700 masl, the crop includes Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon, IHCafe, Parainema and Lempira varieties. After a 12-24 hr fermentation, each bean is dried using patio and mechanical processes.
CAFESCOR is a certified coffees cooperative with 131 small coffee producers in Copan, Honduras. Established in 2014, their wet mill in Las Casitas and dry mill in Jimilile ensure top-quality beans and a commitment to 37 female and 94 male farmers.
CAFESCOR is a family-owned business that has been producing top-quality coffee for over 150 years. The founder and current president, Joel López, is from the fourth generation of coffeemakers. Back in 1865, his great-grandfather planted a small plot of Typica coffee beans in Las Casitas Village, Corquín. A testament to their craftsmanship and commitment to quality.
