CAFESCOR Cooperative Farm
This SHG EP grade organic certified coffee hails from the CAFESCOR Cooperative in Honduras and is sourced from 131 members across 400 cultivated hectares.
- Coffee aficionados will appreciate this light to medium-bodied roast originating from Central America, featuring diverse harvests from November to February and growing altitudes ranging from 1200 to 1700 masl. The crop includes Caturra, Catuai, Bourbon, IHCafe, Parainema, and Lempira varieties. Following a 12-24 hour fermentation period, each bean undergoes drying through patio and mechanical processes.
- CAFESCOR, a certified coffee cooperative, comprises 131 small coffee producers in Copan, Honduras. Since its establishment in 2014, the cooperative's wet mill in Las Casitas and dry mill in Jimilile guarantee top-quality beans and support 37 female and 94 male farmers.
